Session 1F: June 16 - 20 Full Day- Fee $375

Session 2H: July 7 - 11 Half Day- Fee $200

Session 3F: July 14 - 18 Full Day- Fee $375

 I understand that I am to submit this enrollment form and pay the full fee. Payment in full will reserve a horse and instructor for the session(s) indicated above.  I further agree to drop off and pick up the camper according to the time schedule for the half day or full day session.  I further agree to dress the camper in long pants and boots with a 1" heel for the mounted sessions (shorts may be worn after riding during HOT weather).  I further agree for the half day session to provide a snack and cold drink for the camper.  I further agree for the full day session to provide a snack, sack lunch and cold drinks for the camper.  I further agree that upon arrival the first day of camp I will sign a liability release form and provide a medical release form for my child in case of an emergency.  These forms may be signed in advance or at 7:45am on the 1st day of camp.  My signature below indicates that I have read, understand and agree to the terms and information specified above.  NO REFUNDS.
