Launching their qualifying campaign at BFF, Katie Westphal & Epigram must compete before two 'S' or higher rated judges. They are planning to attend the North American Continental Young Rider Championships in Bromont, Canada this August. To qualify they must earn an average score of 60% or better while performing the team and individual test. They must also perform a musical ride at the Prix St George degree of difficulty.  Katie and Epigram scored an average of 69% at this show placing her the highest scoring NAYRC rider to date. From here they head to qualifying shows in Shawnee, OK, Dallas and Parker, Colorado to continue their efforts to qualify. Katie has been riding and training at BFF since she was nine years old. She attends college and works part time.
