1) ENTRIES:
Entry fees
include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Note: USEA and USEF fees are not
included as part of the entry fee. These association fees should be added to
your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form,
totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry.
Please use the 2008 entry form.
Failure to do so could result in the entry not being accepted.
Challenge Divisions
Qualifying Criteria: In order to compete in the Team Challenge,
a team member must have previously ridden and successfully completed at least
one horse trials at the challenge level he or she is entering. Indicate as such
on the entry form. Furthermore, the team member may never have competed above
the next higher level within the past 2 years (including the year of the
Challenge), i.e., a Novice Challenge team member may not have competed higher
than Training level in the last 2 years. Teams may consist of 3-4 team members
all of the same level.
Double entries:
Not accepted.

Event Rider entrants: drug/admin/starter
fees do not apply; however, if not USEA members must pay $25.00 non-member fee.
BN
competitors who are not USEA members must pay extra $25 with entry.
If
competition not full, entries accepted after C.D.
Withdrawals must be in writing.
Changes to rider/horse/division after C.D., additional $25.
Bounced check charge=$50.
Refunds:
Before C.D. with vet. certificate-Less $25
non-refundable office fee; After C.D.-Entry/Stabling-No refund.
Competition cancellation-No refund.

Coggins within 12 months required for all horses,
must accompany entry.

AWARDS: 8
ribbons per division. Team Challenge Divisions: Prize money and 6 Ribbons. All
prize money paid to owners as listed on entry form. Prize money paid through 3rd
as follows: 1st=50%, 2nd=30%, 3rd=20%.
Challenge divisions must have a minimum of 3 competitors.

STABLING/VETERINARIAN: Limited. $140/Stall from
noon Thursday to noon Monday. 20 stalls in summer barn w/gates, all
others temp. stalls w/doors under tent. Initial
bedding only provided. Extra bags of shavings=$8. All on grounds horses must be
