These forms and applications are provided for your convenience. The procedure to download or print these forms is easy. To download PDF Files, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can go to the Adobe Web Site and download your FREE copy of Acrobat at http://www.adobe.com  It only takes a few minutes and you can use it often in the future.
TIP: PDF files are smaller and everyone can use them. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a powerful tool that enables you to view, navigate and print these files with their look and feel intact, regardless of what platform, browser, software applications or printers that you have. This new version includes support for you PalmOS and Pocket PC.

ENTRY FORMS:

DRESSAGE ENTRY FORMS: (For USEF/USDF Shows) 

BFF offers you two easy ways to enter our Dressage Shows this year.

EASIEST METHOD:  FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW.
1. Print a copy of our specific entry fees page for a reference as you fill out the form online. 
2. Click on the Online Form in the chart below and then fill out the form online using the info/fees page that you just printed as a reference to help you chose fees specific to our show. (Like office fees & camping fees).
3. Print the form (do not exit until you print or you will loose all your entry data) and then fill out by hand our show name and dates, Then fill out stabling info AND sign in ink the Rider, Trainer, Owner signature boxes.
4. Attach copies of your current coggins AND your Rider, Trainer, Owner and Horse memberships cards.
USDF/USEF Verification Search
New joint Membership Verification System. This site simplifies the process for our competitors to search for, verify & print membership info for horses, owners & riders for entry purposes. No more photocopying membership cards! At www.eqverification.org you can print all your cards on one sheet of paper.
5. PAYMENT: Attach check or fill out credit card info (bottom of 2nd sheet).

3. Fill out the entry form by hand.  Please print if your handwriting is not legible.
4. Attach copies of your current coggins AND your Rider, Trainer, Owner and Horse memberships cards.

*Credit Card Entries: Briar Fox Farm accepts credit card entries for an additional card processing fee of $5 (put it on the "Late/Change/Bank Charges for CC" fee line on the entry form).  If you prefer, you can fax (316-775-2072) your entry and then call us at 316-775-5512 and give us your credit card info.

Briar Fox Farm will accept any of the dressage entry forms below.  Please read our dressage show prize lists so that you can enter the specific fees for our show.

HORSE TRIALS / EVENTS: (For USEA/USEF Shows)  

As you are filling out the forms, you can find the Horse Trials Fee Schedule and other detailed info by clicking on the link and then using your browser buttons to toggle back and forth between the fee schedule and the entry form.  DO NOT EXIT THE FORM UNTIL ALL YOUR DATA HAS BEEN ENTERED AND THE COMPLETED FORM HAS BEEN PRINTED. 

TIP: The best, easiest and probably the fastest way to enter is: Print the BFF horse trials fee schedule before you fill out your on-line entry form.  On the on-line version, the total fees are automatically calculated as you fill them out. 
TIP: To print the PDF files, use the printer icon button (left side of Acrobat window).

CAMPS, CLINICS AND SCHOOLINGS: (For Briar Fox Farm Activities as listed below)

Just click on the link of your choice and then you can print these forms and then fill them out and mail them to the Sec'y.  You can Fax them to the Sec'y provided that you print and fill out the "Fax/Credit Card Entry Form Section".  As you are filling out the forms, you can find the fee schedules and other detailed info by going to the "entry info" link for each show (yellow sidebar to the left of your screen).

Credit Card Entries: You may print the Fax/Credit Card Entry Form Section, fill it out and fax to Sec'y.  Briar Fox Farm accepts credit card entries for an additional card processing fee of $5.  If you prefer, you can fax your entry to 316-775-2072 and then call 316-775-5512 and give personally give us your credit card info.
