ALL TRAILERS WILL BE PARKED ON TOP OF THE HILL
Please back your trailers lengthwise up against the north fence.  During the show please park your trucks on the north side of the road and in front of your trailers to allow all competitors an  easy hookup and departure Saturday and Sunday. Thanks for your cooperation and careful consideration of your fellow competitors.  Some  trailers will depart on Saturday. The show is full and will be busy both competition days and in particular on Friday. 

Packets available at (perhaps earlier) 3:00pm on Friday at the Secretary's trailer/tent down by the Griest's house.

Concessions will be available on grounds.

PLEASE BE ADVISED!  If we don't have your current card copies or file with your entry...USEF has us collect $25 from you for each rider, trainer & owner listed on your entry form.  Or...you can show your actual real life card(s) to the secretary BEFORE receiving your packet or pay $25 per rider, trainer, owner listed on your entry form. 

If your membership is pending...have the USEF fax (316-775-2072) us  verification on or before Thursday & your arrival.

Jump Out Entries: 
 All jump out parking will be located on top of the hill on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  The road in front of the barn and north of the competition arena will be closed all three days to all vehicles (no exceptions).  Plan your arrival in order to allow plenty of time to park your vehicle and prepare for your classes. We recommend a minimum of two hours before your ride time.   THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION & CONSIDERATION OF THE SHOW STAFF AS WELL AS YOUR FELLOW COMPETITORS!

Yellow stall indicates a stallion stall should entry(s) warrant.
Green stall indicates tack (no shavings provided)


A few Extra shavings bags and hay may be purchased from the Sec'y stand.  Supplies may be limited.  It's best to order on your entry form and your purchases will be in your stalls ready before your arrival.
